c. Permissions
- Camera Access: The App may request permission to access your device's camera to enable features like scanning receipts. This access is optional. We do not access your camera or photos unless you explicitly use this feature. Images are processed for the feature's function and are not stored or transmitted by us unless required for the feature's operation, which you will be notified of.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To operate the App's features, including storing, processing, and displaying your Financial Data as you direct.
- To Improve and Personalize the App: To understand user behavior, fix bugs, develop new features, and enhance the user experience.

- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the integrity of our App and to enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Third-Party Services
a. OpenAI (AI Chatbot Feature)
Our optional AI chatbot feature is powered by OpenAI's API. When you use this feature, the content of your conversation, which may include your Financial Data queries, is sent to OpenAI to generate a response.
IMPORTANT: This feature is for informational and organizational purposes ONLY. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TAX ADVICE. Its responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for verifying any information and for your financial decisions. Do not input sensitive personal identifiers (e.g., bank account numbers, social security numbers) into the chatbot.

b. Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and use data about you, such as your device identifier and usage data, to provide personalized ads.

6. Data Security and Storage
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your Financial Data may be stored locally on your device and/or on secure cloud servers.
However, you acknowledge that NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS ABSOLUTE SECURITY. You are also responsible for securing your device and any credentials used to access the App. Any data you transmit to or store in the App is at YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the App's services, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may delete your data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us.

- Access and Update: You can access and update most of your Financial Data directly within the App.

- NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE IS PROVIDED, INTENDED, OR IMPLIED. NOTHING WITHIN THE APP CONSTITUTES A RECOMMENDATION, SOLICITATION, OR OFFER BY PIKIMONEY TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITIES OR MAKE ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS.
- YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FINANCIAL DECISIONS, ACTIONS, AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES. YOUR USE OF THE APP AND ANY INFORMATION OR CALCULATIONS GENERATED THEREIN IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, DAMAGES, ERRORS, OR INACCURACIES THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA STORED, DISPLAYED, OR GENERATED BY THE APP. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ALL INFORMATION YOU ENTER AND ANY RESULTING CALCULATIONS.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.
11. International Data Transfers
