Welcome to PikiMoney. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PikiMoney ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
The App is a personal finance management tool designed to allow users to manually input, store, organize, and track their personal financial information, such as income, expenses, and budgets. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
You retain all ownership rights to the financial data you input into the App ("User Content"). However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services to you.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and the third party. AI-powered features are for informational purposes only and their outputs must not be considered financial advice.
PIKIMONEY IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, PLANNER, BROKER, OR TAX ADVISOR. THE APP IS INTENDED ONLY TO ASSIST YOU IN ORGANIZING AND TRACKING YOUR PERSONAL FINANCES. THE APP PROVIDES NO FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. NOTHING WITHIN THE APP SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS A RECOMMENDATION, SOLICITATION, OR OFFER TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY OR TO ENGAGE IN ANY FINANCIAL STRATEGY.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIKIMONEY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP IS TO STOP USING THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PikiMoney and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
